| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨松针提取液对大鼠力竭运动后血液流变的影响.方法 SD大鼠48只,将大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动对照组和运动服药组,每组各16只.运动对照组和运动服药组进行游泳训练20 d.运动服药组服用松针提取液.力竭运动后取血检验 结论:松针提取液能够有效延长力竭时间,改善血液流变指标.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of extract of pine needle on blood hemorheology of rats after exhausted exercise.Method: SD rats were divided into sedentary group(n=16),training control group(n=16) and training drug-taking group(n=16).Training control group and training drug-taking group have done exhausted swimming for 20 days.Training drug-taking group took extract of pine needle once a day.After exhausted exercise,we took the blood for examination.Conclusion :The extract of pine needle could effectively prolong the exhausted swimming time and improve hemorheological indices. |
