| 摘 要： | 通过采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法 ,以浙江省台州师专 1997级、1998级选修形体课的 82名女大学生为研究对象 ,对 2 6名没有体操、舞蹈基础和 6名已有一定体操、舞蹈基础的女大学生进行问卷调查 ;其目的是根据女大学生的生理、心理特点 ,对造成学生情绪变化的原因进行分析 ,提出了在形体的培育过程中 ,不仅利用动作编创的合理性、优美性 ,培养学生高雅的气质和风度 ,发展学生个性 ,陶冶美的情操 ,使外表更加和谐完善。而且 ,阐明了在形体课教学中 ,运用绘制简图或图解资料的强化性教学为学生奠定终身体育的基础 ;使形体课真正体现出育体、育心的效应

| Abstract: | The methods of documentary study, questionnaire and mathematical statistics were used in this study. The objects of the study were 82 female students in Taizhou Teachers Training School of Zhejiang province, enrolled in 1997 and 1998, who took the body shape building course as their selective course. Among them 26 students who hadn't any basic knowledge of gymnastics and dance and 6 students who had certain knowledge were asked to answer questions from the questionnaire. The purpose of the study was to analyze the causes, which induce the changing of the students' mood in the light of students' physiological and psychological characteristics. It was suggested that in the process of developing body shape the rationality and the concinnity of the composition and creation of movements should be used. The students' fine temperament and manner should be cultivated. Their personality should be developed and their esthetical sentiment should also be edified so as to perfect and harmonize their appearance. Furthermore, it was expounded that in body shape building teaching, the intensified teaching of drawing or drawing material were applied to lay a foundation for the students' life long physical educauion so that the body shape building course will embody the effect of development both in body and mind. |
