| 摘 要： | 英国社区体育现代化之路经历了从无序到规则化,从单一性到多样性,从暴力到文明,从身体锻炼到身心娱乐,从社会自发组织到政府参与管理的发展过程。在农业社会,英国各种体育活动处于自发的发展状态且受宗教约束,到19世纪中后期,政府介入控制,社区体育成为公共服务业。战后到20世纪中,社区体育活动成为英国人主要的休闲方式之一,到70年代中,受传统民主思想的影响,提供体育活动成为社区的基本公共服务,从20世纪80年代到21世纪初,体育活动发展趋于个性化、多元化,政府对社区体育的管理更为科学化,而近10年来,社区体育发展的核心是提高体育参与率。

| Abstract: | On its path towards modernization,the UK community sports have transformed from being chaotic to regulated,singular to diversified,violent to civilize.They are no longer physical exercises organized voluntarily by the general public,but a means of physical and mental recreation involving government management.In the agricultural society,the sports activities in UK develop on its own with religious restriction.In the mid and late 19th century,the government involvement and control turn it into a public service.From the end of the WWI to the mid 20th century,various sports activities become one of the main means of leisure for the British people.In the 1970s,under the influence of the traditional democratic thinking,to provide sports activities is considered as a basic public service of a community.From the 1980s to the beginning of 21th century,sports become more personalized and diversified with the government exercising a more scientific management over community sports.In the last ten years,to enhance the participation rate of sports has been the core of the community sports development. |
