| 摘 要： | 由于受传统行政体制的影响,我国的体育自治组织或多或少存在一定的行政职能,这不仅影响到了体育行政管理的权威和力度,更主要的是直接导致体育纠纷无法准确定性而得不到解决.我们应当逐渐弱化体育自治组织的行政色彩,准确定位体育自治组织与管理对象之间的关系为平等民事关系,以消除体育自治组织用行政手段管理体育市场带来的弊病,营造体育市场自由、公平的竞技氛围.

| Abstract: | With the effects of traditional government system,the turnverein can possess some administrative power in our country.The status affects the authority and the power of government management in the sports field,and especially causes difficulty in pinpointing the conflicts among the turnverein and athletes.We should weaken the administrative force of turnverein to ensure the civil relationship between the turnverein and athletes.With this reform,we can eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and create a free and fair atmosphere in the sports field. |
