论雅典奥运会的奥林匹克教育

摘    要:对雅典奥运会的奥林匹克教育进行了全面评述,认为这届奥运会的奥林匹克教育有新的发展,主要表现在具有明确的人文取向、鲜明的希腊特色、兼容开放、重视残奥运会的教育作用,以及其教育实施组织有效等.进而分析了雅典奥运会奥林匹克教育出版物的主要特色.雅典奥运会的这些做法改变了过去奥林匹克教育一般化的状况,提高了教育的实际效果.雅典奥运会在奥林匹克教育中取得的经验值得北京学习和借鉴,以深化我们对奥林匹克教育的认识,改善奥林匹克教育的方式.

Discussion on Olympic Education in Athens 2004 Olympic Games

Abstract:This study conducted the profound and comprehensive review and analysis on Olympic education in the context of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. Based on these reviews, this study figured out that the Olympic education had achieved the new development in the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, which can be characterized as the followings: humanism-oriented, with the significant Athens' characteristics, open to the world wide, with an emphasis on the educational function of Paralympics, and effective implementation and organization of educational activities and so on. The further analysis on the primary characteristics of the Olympic reading materials of the Games was offered. It is well recognized that `such endeavors made by the AHOC have reformed the old status of Olympic education and improved the practical efficiency. It is proposed that the experiences of the AHOC can be seen as valuable references to the organizers of 2008 Beijing Olympics and would deepen their understanding of Olympic education and improve their educational modes.
