| 摘 要： | 运用资料和逻辑分析的方法阐述了:就我国军队体育职业俱乐部的发展而言,面对的"接轨"机遇多于潜在的"断裂"危机.随着中国体育社会参与国际发展大循环的"部分"增多,自然形成的"拉力"增大,必须高度重视产生"断裂"的可能性.另外,根据军队体育职业俱乐部现在所处的发展时期,从战略的高度,围绕着具有军队特色的"管理、流动、奖励和赞助"等机制的建设方面问题,提出了个人的建议和看法.

| Abstract: | In order to offer suggestions on speeding up the professional development of Chinese military sport teams and by means of literature review and logical analysis, the paper states the development of Chinese military sport clubs and the potential crisis of fragmentation which outweighs opportunities brought about by China's entry into the WTO. It is held that with the increased participation of Chinese sports in world sports, naturally formed dragging force will be increased as well, thus appearing possible fragmentation. Improper participation in world development will result in many parts being eliminated from the structure of modern social sports. Besides, during the period of military professional sport clubs, some suggestions are put forward on constructing managing, flexible, rewarding and sponsoring mechanism with military characters from the height of strategy. |
