| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,对吉林省高校教师健身活动情况进行调查研究.调查发现我省高校教师身体健康状况存在很大隐患,教师对体育活动的参与性不是很强,他们对体育活动的消费不高,另外还存在体育基础设施不足的现象.针对以上情况进行分析,提出相应对策:1)转变观念,加大力度唤起全民树立健康第一的指导思想;2)加大城市社区体育宣传力度,多渠道地开展社区体育宣传活动;3)单位加强职工体育活动的开展;4)加强体育基础设施的建设;5)引导教师树立正确的体育消费观,促进体育消费;6)设立体育健身指导员.

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary data,interview,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,college teachers' fitness activities in Jilin are researched.There are some problems,including lack of participation,low consumption,and lack of sports facilities.The following measures are put forward.First,we should change ideas and establish the guiding principle of "Health First".Second,we should strengthen the sports promotion with many channels.Third,workers' physical exercises should be strengthened.Fourth,the construction of sports facilities should be strengthened.Fifth,teachers should be led to have right ideas about sports consumption.Sixth,sports instructors should be cultivated. |
