| 摘 要： | 为分析高水平专业运动队教练员领导行为现状,找出不足,探寻有效的领导行为模式,以广东省船艇训练基地为例,运用<运动领导行为量表>(LSS)测量广东省船艇训练基地运动员喜欢的领导行为及教练员实际的领导行为,分析领导行为维度指标与运动员特征、教练员特征以及比赛成绩等因素之间的关系.研究结果表明:不同年龄、不同运动年限的运动员对教练员领导行为的接受程度不同;年龄、执教年限不同的教练员实际的领导行为之间存在差异显著;不同成绩的运动员对教练员领导行为维度的满意程度不同.

| Abstract: | The study focuses on the coaches' leadership behaviors preferred and perceived by the athletes of Guangdong Boating Sports Center by means of the Leadership Scale for Sports(LSS),in order to analyze the status quo of elite sports team coaches' leadership behaviors and find a effective mode of leadership behaviors.The relationship between behavior and the factors such as member's characteristics and leader's characteristics is investigated.The leadership behavior's effects on athletes' performance and satisfaction are also examined.The results show that different ages of athletes have different degrees of acceptability towards their coaches' leadership behaviors and the discrepancy within coaches' actual leadership of different ranks is significant.Athletes with different performance have different degrees of satisfaction towards coaches' leadership behaviors. |
