| 摘 要： | 残疾人问题是不容忽视的社会问题,做好残疾人体育健身工作关系到和谐社会的发展问题。运用调查法、数理统计和比较分析等方法,对我国城市社区残疾人体育健身现状进行调查研究与分析。研究表明:我国残疾人体育健身场地、设施、人员配备、专业指导网络等条件尚不能满足社区残疾人体育健身需要,尤其是经费来源非常缺乏;残疾人参加体育健身主要受硬件设施、主观和心理、经济条件等因素制约;各级政府和有关部门及社团组织需要进一步将残疾人参加体育健身的形式由自发的、松散的、无序状态,向有组织的、较为严谨的以及遵循一定规律的状态转变;残疾人体育健身的组织与管理需要协调各有关部门共同参与,提高其社会化水平和总体效益,并不断强化残疾人体育健身中的群体效应。

| Abstract: | The problems of the disabled are social issues which can not be neglected;the good work for the disabled fitness is related to the development of harmonious society.This paper uses methods of investigation,data analysis and comparison to research and survey the current problems for the disabled fitness in urban community.The results show that: the field,facility,staff outfit and network of professional guidance can not meet the needs of the disabled fitness in community,particularly the lack of funding;sports facilities,financial condition,subjective and mental factors affect the participation of the disabled;governments at all levels,relevant departments and community organizations should work together to change the forms of the disabled fitness from spontaneous,loose and disorder state into the organized,scrupulous forms,and follow certain rules;the organization and management of the disabled fitness need all relevant departments to participate,in order to improve its overall efficiency and socialization level,and continuously enhance the groups effect for the disabled fitness. |
