| Abstract: | The indexes of physical fitness and mental health factors of the undergraduates were tested and analyzed. The internal relationships between school physical education and mental health factors of the undergraduates were revealed. The purpose is to provide basis for bringing the special functions of school physical education into full play and for continuously improving the undergraduates' mental health level. |
