| 摘 要： | 竞技体育后备人才资源不足和人才培养效率低下,影响了我国竞技体育后备人才的可持续发展,建立节约型社会是中国实现可持续发展所提出的重要战略决策,运用节约型社会理念,探讨我国竞技体育后备人才可持续发展对策,即通过深化"体教结合";提高教练人才素质;调控竞技体育后备人才培养模式;建立竞技体育后备人才市场.使我国竞技体育后备人才培养按照良性循环的方式发展.

| Abstract: | The lack of reserve talents in competitive sports and the inefficient of cultivation have affected the sustainable development of Sports talents in China.Establishment of conservation-oriented society is an significant strategy to implement the sustainable development.This paper tries to discuss the strategy of cultivating talents under the concept of conservation-oriented society,which is also called "combination of sports and academy".Improving the quality of coaches,controlling and adjusting the cultivating modes of these talents and establishing the market of competitive reserve talents are all ways to make the cultivation develop in a good-circle. |
