| 摘 要： | 我国竞技体育发展模式是在不断解决实践中遇到的问题、并依据当时实际需要所做出的应对性选择基础上逐步形成的,它最初总体上并没有一个先验的"经验模型"。因此,从某种意义上讲,它的形成、演变是一个不断探索适合我国社会发展实际的认识过程。其认识基础是经济水平关系论、政治体制优势论、目标任务重点论和社会责任分工论。然而,历史经验告诉我们,体育发展模式只有与社会发展模式保持相对一致性,体育事业才会实现真正的发展。故我国竞技体育发展模式在认识上必须处理好竞技体育改革目标定位问题、职业化改革目标选择问题、训练体制改革方向问题和项目协会实体化的进程问题。

| Abstract: | China's competitive sport development model is based on the constant effort to resolve the problems encountered in practice,as a answer to the actual needs.It is not the transcendental model of experience as a whole,actually,the formation and the evolution of China's social development is a continuous exploring process for the compatible routine for the social needs.However,historical experience tells us that sports would acquire its development on the condition of the coherence of the sports development model and the social development model.Therefore,in line with the socialist market economic system,the sports development model can not be limited to the existing system(or model) for simple repair,in fact,it must be based on the creation of the practice,and consistent with our current direction of the reform and development of China's social development of the convergence of sports development model. |
