运用多普勒超声显示技术对优秀举重、摔跤运动员右心室功能的研究
摘    要:利用多普勒超声显示技术对10名举重运动员、10名摔跤运动员和10名健康人的右心室进行了研究,分别测量了受试者安静时的三尖瓣血流频谱、肺动脉血流频谱,结果发现,经专项训练的优秀举重、摔跤运动员的右心室心肌活动协调能力提高,举重、摔跤运动员的右心室收缩、舒张功能均优于对照组,但亦显示反映舒张功能的参数E峰加速时间、E峰减速度的变化和病理性心脏的变化相似,提示举重、摔跤运动员右心室的发展过程中可能存在生理性向病理性变化的潜在因素。同时,也提示了摔跤运动员对右心功能方面的变化优于举重运动员。本研究使我们能够进一步了解力量训练对运动员心脏功能的影响,并为力量项目运动员心脏的研究提供新的参数。

Right Ventricular Function Assessed by Doppler Echocardiographic Technique in Excellent Weightlifters and Wrestlers

Abstract:To investigate the right ventricular function of weightlifters and wrestlers, pulmonary and tricuspid valve flow velocity spectrum of 10 weightlifters, 10 wrestlers and 10 healthy young males (served as the control group) were measured. The results indicated that both the systolic and the diastolic function of weightlifters and wrestlers were superior to the control group. However,the athletic E peak acceleration time and E decreasing rate which may reflect the right ventricular function had the similar change to pathological hearts,showing potential factors from physiology to pathology of these players in the developing of right ventricle. This investigation also showed that the right ventricular function of wrestlers was superior to weightlifters. In this study,attempt was made to evaluate the effect of weight training on the right ventricular function and to provide new parameters for the study of athletic hearts.
