论篮球运动的健身功能与方法

摘    要:篮球运动的健身功能主要表现为发展人的体能和促进人的心理健康。人们参与篮球健身运动的动机产生于处于社会发展中的个体的自身需要。独特的趣味性和可操作性是实现篮球健身功能的基本动因。作为健身运动项目,篮球运动具有自已的特点:可用多种比赛形式和对抗方式进行运动;在具有一定的行为规范的前提下,参与者的运动行为可有较强的随意性。

Abstract:The fitness function of basketball exercise is mainly expressed in the physical efficiency development and mental health promotion of human body. The motivation for people to take part in fitness exercise of basketball is produced by the individual requirement in the social development. The special interest and maneuverability of basketball exercise cause the realization of the fitness function of basketball. As an event for body building basketball exercise has its characteristics. Basketball can be played with various forms of match and confrontation of two sides. Under the premise of certain behavioral standards the participants' have their random sports behavior.
