| 摘 要： | 为了考察跳高运动员自我监控能力与运动成绩的关系,采用了自编运动员自我监控能力调查表,对38名男女跳高运动员进行了调查,结果发现:男子跳高运动员的自我监控能力与运动成绩密切相关.其中计划准备性、方法性、反馈性与运动成绩呈显著正相关.运动员的自我监控能力总体上表现出随运动水平的升高而增强的趋势.性别是影响跳高运动员的自我监控能力的一个因素,女运动员比男运动员的自我监控能力强.具有明显外倾倾向的跳高运动员比其他运动员的自我监控能力强,且差异显著;适应性好的运动员在方法性和补救总结性维度上具有优势. |

| Abstract: | Self-control ability questionnaire is adopted in order to explore the relationship between high jump athletes' self-control ability and performance.38 jumpers participated in the study.Data is analyzed by SPSS for windows 12.0.The results show that there is correlation between high jump athletes' self-control ability and performance,especially the significant positive correlation showed between the scores of preparation,operation,the feedback and the performance.Generally speaking,with the skill level improved,the self-control ability has enhanced greatly.Gender was a factor influencing high jump athletes' self-control ability.Female athletes' self-control ability is more excellent than males'.Moreover,the results shows that athletes with external-oriented personality are greater than those with internal-oriented personality and there is significant different between them.Also it finds that athletes with good adaptation took predominance in method and remedial conclusion. |
