对跆拳道运动员心肺机能的研究分析

摘    要:通过对西安体育学院 2 0名跆拳道集训运动员的心电图、血压、肺活量和最大摄氧量等指标的测定 ,研究了跆拳道运动员心肺机能的现状 ,并与文献报道进行对比评价 ,结果表明西安体院跆拳道运动员 :1)在安静状态下 ,ECG的异常率为 10 %。 2 )最大摄氧量 (VO2 max)明显底于文献报道的国家级优秀跆拳道运动员。3)男子 5 4kg、6 4kg级别和女子 47kg、5 5 kg级别的最大摄氧量高于其他级别。提示 :西安体育学院跆拳道运动员还需加强心功能的训练 ,进一步提高最大摄氧量利用率 ,同时应注意医务监督。

Abstract:The cardiopulmonary functions of 20 Taekwondo athletes of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education were studied by determining indexes, such as electrocardiogram, blood pressure, pulmonary capacity and maximum oxygen uptake. The results were compared with the reports in literature. They showed: 1. At rest the abnormity rate of ECG in the Taekwondo athletes was 10%. 2. The maximum oxygen uptake of them was remarkably lower than that of the elite Taekwondo athletes of the national grade reported in the literature. 3. The maximum oxygen uptake of the male athletes of the 54kg and the 64kg classes as well as the female athletes of the 47kg and 55kg classes were higher than that of the athletes of other classes. It was prompted that the training of cardiac function should be strengthened in the Taekwondo athletes of Xi'an Institute of PE. And the utilization rate of the maximum oxygen uptake should further be improved. At the same time attention should be paid to the medical control.
