| 摘 要： | 近年来学生的体质与健康问题引起了社会的广泛关注,学生体质与健康状况下降已成为不争的事实.学校作为学生教育的职能部门对扭转学生体质与健康下降的趋势责无旁贷.根据我国目前在东西部之间、地区之间、城乡之间和不同收入人群之间存在着较大差异的国情,我们不应当采取其它国家的做法,把学生的体育教育完全推给社区和学生家长.作为教育工作者,特别是体育教师如美国前总统里根所说:"假如我们不做,谁来做?假如现在不做,什么时候做?"

| Abstract: | In recent years,the problems of students' physiques and health have aroused extensive concern in society.It has become an irrefutable fact that students' physiques and health condition are declining.As the functional department of students' education,University has a bounden responsibility to reverse the trend.In accordance with the national conditions that there is a great discrepancy between the east and the west,among the regions,urban and rural areas as well as the different income groups,we should not adopt the methods of other countries,that is,to leave students' physical education completely to the community and parents.As educators,we should follow what former US President Regan has said: "If we don't do it,who is gonna do it? If we don't do it right now,when do we gonna do it?" |
