| 摘 要： | 通过综合现状,备战2008面临的基本形势,2008奥运参赛目标以及参赛策略进行了系统分析.研究认为:1)遵循竞技体育训练、参赛、组织和管理等的规律和特点,在继承和发扬已有经验的基础上创造性地开展工作是巩固我国竞技体育国际地位并在2008奥运上实现新跨越的历史责任和时代要求.2)备战奥运是一个复杂的系统工程,各种要素和矛盾错综复杂、交织连接,只有抓住关键环节,解决主要矛盾,整合优势资源,发挥制度优势才能圆满完成2008奥运的各项参赛目标和任务.3)围绕"挖掘和拓展优势项目,形成奥运优势项目集团优势;发展和突破潜优势项目,形成新的金牌增长点"的备战思路,把握竞技体育的竞争实质,系统整合优势项目资源,挖掘优势项目潜力,提高核心竞争力,拓展优势项目和潜优势项目群组.

| Abstract: | By using of the methods of literature review,statistical analysis,and logic analysis,this study conducted a systematic analysis on the advanced events,the potential advanced events,the basic situation of the preparation for the 2008 Olympic Games,the purpose of participating in the 2008 Olympic Games and the competition strategies.The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) follow from the principles and characteristics of the training,competition,organization,and management of competitive sports.On the basis of carrying forward the existed experienced,creatively implement each work can be seen as the historic task and the new era that ensures the international place of Chinese elite sports and insures the 2008 Olympic Games to realize the new achievement;2) preparing for the 2008 Olympic Games can be regarded as a complicated systematic engineering,which insists of varieties of key factors and conflicts.Only grasp the key factors,solve the main conflicts,integrate the advanced resources,and carry forward the advantages of the system,the 2008 Olympic Games can complete the tasks and purposes of every sport event successfully;3) focus on developing and enlarging the advanced sport events and form the group of the advanced sport events;develop and break up the potential advanced sport events,establish the ideas of preparing for the 2008 Olympic Games that draws on finding out the new growth point of gold medals,grasp the essence of competition of the competitive sports,integrate systematically the resources of advanced sport events,probe into the potentiality of advanced sport events,improve the key competition ability,enlarge the advanced sport events and groups of the potential advanced sport events. |
