| 摘 要： | 中国女篮曾经取得过骄人的成绩,但其运动水平却不能保持稳定,近年来甚至产生了"滑坡".为了究其原因,试图从多角度对影响我国女篮运动水平不稳定的诸多因素展开研究:1)管理体制改革滞后,影响竞技体育与群众体育的协调发展;2)训练管理体系未理顺,渠道不畅通,影响竞技体育人才的培养;3)教练员队伍的结构不合理、素质不全面,训练的科学性、有效性差;4)不同时期国家女篮队伍的组成差异较大,风格与特点不够突出;5)训练与比赛的信息资料奇缺,影响科学地总结、评价训练和比赛.针对以上不良因素提出了发展的对策.

| Abstract: | The Chinese women basketball team had achieved some victories, but its athletic level was unstable and even slipped. In this study, it was tried to find the reasons for affecting the instability of the athletic level of the Chinese women basketball team. The results were as follows: 1)The backward reform of its management system affects the coordinated growth of the competitive sport and mass sport. 2)The disorder of the system for arranging training and the impeded channel affect the cultivation of competitive sports talents. 3)The structure of the coach troop is irrational, their competency is incomplete and there are less scientific nature and validity in training. 4)In different phases there is a great difference in the constitution of the Chinese national women basketball teams, and they haven't distinctive style and character. 5)There are few information and materials of training and competition, which influence on their summary and evaluation. In allusion to the harmful factors measures taken for the development of the women basketball teams were put forward. |
