| 摘 要： | 摘要：武术理应作为中华优秀传统体育文化代表走出国门成为世界性的运动、在增强文化自觉和文化自信中发挥更为重要作用，然而，现实中，武术技术的发展差强人意。基于此，主要运用文献资料法、历史研究法等研究方法，通过对武术体育化历史回顾和对武术的影响分析，对传统武术精华及其独特价值归纳，认为武术体育化是历史趋势，但被动体育化横向肢解了武术本体。武术应顺应搏击运动历史潮流，以中国传统武学思想为指导，以散打运动为基础，融合传统武术摔和站立拿技术，形成踢、打、摔、拿有机融合的技术体系；训练手段中，将太极推手、站桩、拍打等培养触觉和寸劲的传统训练手段融入现代格斗训练中；竞赛上完善踢、打、摔、拿四种技术为一体的规则体系，发挥规则对技术的引导作用。逐步形成既展现中国武术搏击特点、又彰显现代体育趋势的新型武术搏击项目。对于武术技术发展和创新具有理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Wushu should play an important role in promoting China''s outstanding traditional culture to go abroad and enhancing cultural awareness and cultural self-confidence. However, in reality, the development of Wushu is not satisfactory. This study analyzed the history of Wushu into sports and its influence on Wushu, and summarized the essence of traditional Wushu and its unique value by the methods of literature review and historic method of investigation, and found that Wushu into sports is a historical trend, but Wushu passively into sports dismembered the Wushu noumenon. Wushu should adapt to the historical trend of boxing movement, take Chinese traditional Wushu as the guide, and take Sanda as the basis, combine traditional throwing and standing skills of Wushu to form an organic integration of kicking, beating, throwing and taking. It should integrate traditional training means cultivated touch sense and short explosive force, such as Taiji push hands, Zhanzhuang, and pat touch, into modern combat training, perfect the rules system of four kinds of techniques including kicking, playing, falling and taking to play the guiding role of rules to technology, and gradually form a new Wushu boxing with characteristics of Chinese Wushu Boxing and with the trend of modern sports. This study has theoretical and practical significance of the technological development and innovation of Wushu. |
