| 摘 要： | 摘要：针对目前我国高水平沙滩排球项目出现的成绩下滑，水平下降，规模萎缩等不良现象, 通过对我国专业沙滩排球项目的直接从业者、专家、管理人员进行深入访谈调查，寻找其下降原因和对应策略。通过采用问卷调查法、SWOT定量分析法，科学客观的研究我国高水平沙滩排球运动未来发展战略方向。结论：1）目前我国高水平沙滩排球项目存在的主要优势：国家有关政策法规的支持；拥有良好的硬件设施保障；教练员水平、素质不断提升；赛事体系日趋成熟。2）面临主要发展机遇：国家政策推动下沙滩排球项目正在日益在不同人群中得到普及；赛事增加提高了运动员的参与积极性；伴随经济发展和人民生活水平的提高，市场需求逐渐旺盛。3）存在的主要劣势：后备人才梯队建设不完整；基础技、战术理论不系统；不成熟的商业运营模式。4）存在的主要威胁：后备人才短缺；年青高水平教练员成长缓慢；国内沙滩排球项目尚无统一的规范技术标准和战术风格。5）中国沙滩排球发展应该采取保守型战略中的回避型发展战略。建议：应该减小自身不足而带来的损失，并主动回避外部威胁。通过与室内排球合作建立后备人才培养体系。增加科研投入寻找适合我国沙滩排球运动的技、战术风格。加快推进沙滩排球市场化进程。

| Abstract: | Abstract: At present, the high level beach volleyball project in our country has seen bad results, such as declined achievements, declined level, shrinking scale and so on. Based on this, this study tried to find the reasons and corresponding strategies by interviewed with direct practitioners, experts and managers in professional beach volleyball, and objectively explored the future development strategy of the high level beach volleyball in China by the methods of questionnaire survey and SWOT quantitative analysis. Conclusions: 1) At present, the main advantages of high level beach volleyball in China are the support of relevant national policies and regulations, the guarantee of good hardware facilities, the continuous improvement of coaches'' level and quality, and the maturity of the sports system. 2) The main development opportunities of high level beach volleyball in China are that beach volleyball is gaining popularity among different groups under the promotion of national policies; the increase in competition has raised the enthusiasm of the athletes; the demand for the market is gradually exuberant with the development of economy and the improvement of the people''s living standard. 3) The main disadvantages are incomplete construction of the back-up talent echelon, unsystematic basic technical and tactical theory, and immature business operation mode. 4) The main threats are that reserve talents are short; the young high-level coaches are growing slowly; there is no unified standard technical standard and tactical style in domestic beach volleyball. 5) The development of Chinese beach volleyball should adopt the conservative one of avoidant development strategy. Suggestions: We should reduce the loss of our own shortcomings and take the initiative to avoid external threats, establish the training system of reserve talents through the cooperation with indoor volleyball, increase the input of scientific research to find the technical and tactical style suitable for beach volleyball in China, and speed up the process of the marketization for beach volleyball. |
