| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和数理统计法对我国广播电视系统职工进行体育锻炼和休闲活动状况调查。主要结论:参加体育锻炼的目的明确且具有多元化特征;日常生活中大部分职工比较缺乏体育锻炼;体育锻炼的兴趣受外界因素的影响会发生转移;余暇时间比较充裕但是善度余暇的能力不高;休闲活动中体育锻炼所占的比例较低;工作方面的因素是影响体育锻炼和休闲活动的主要客观原因。

| Abstract: | Adopting the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the paper makes a research on the physical exercises and leisure activities of the people working in China's broadcasting and television industry. The result shows that the physical exercises have a definite purpose and diverse features; a greater part of the workers are short of physical exercises; the interest in physical exercises can change for some reasons; people have plenty of spare time but cannot make good use of it; there is a lower proportion of physical exercises in leisure activities; work is the main objective reason influencing their physical exercises and leisure activities. |
