| 摘 要： | 我国体育法制建设在推动体育事业健康发展的过程中发挥了重要作用,但与体育领域迅猛发展的现实相比已显滞后。通过对体育法律体系滞后的四点突出表现,即立法指导思想的相对滞后,缺乏与《体育法》配套的法律法规,对公平竞赛的秩序维护不够,对体育产业的发展规范不够进行分析,提出应当转变立法指导思想,完善法律法规体系,重视体育法学人才的培养等建议。

| Abstract: | The construction of sport legal system in China plays an important role in the process of promoting the healthy development of sports,however,it has significantly lagged behind comparing to the reality that the sports field developed rapidly.Through analyzing four points on the lagged sport legal system,including the relatively lagged legislative guiding ideology,the deficiency of matching laws and regulations to the sports law,the insufficient preserve to fair play and the inadequacy of regulation in the development of sports industry,this paper proposes some suggestions,such as transforming the legislative guiding ideology,promoting the system of laws and regulations,and paying much attention to the cultivation of sports legal talents. |
