| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等方法,探讨了新农村建设中我国农村体育资源配置的依据、原则以及配置机制。研究认为农村要依据社会经济发展水平、社会体育管理体制、体育发展战略规划、新农村建设需要以及农村居民对体育的需求配置体育资源;要遵循以人为本、重视效益兼顾效率、动态配置以及统筹平衡的配置原则;我国农村体育资源的配置是计划和市场并存的复合机制,这一机制实质上是现实农村体育资源配置的过渡机制。
