摘    要:目的:探究长期运动训练对青年男性红细胞变形性与红细胞内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的影响及可能机制;方法:训练组为20名男子专业运动员,对照组为20名男子大学生。两组均在功率自行车上完成递增负荷力竭运动。运动前和运动后即刻采集静脉血,测定红细胞变形指数、血浆NO含量、红细胞eNOS活性、红细胞eNOS蛋白总量及Ser1177-eNOS磷酸化水平。结果:组间比较,运动前后,训练组上述指标均显著高于对照组。组内比较,运动前后,对照组和训练组上述指标均显著降低,但训练组降低幅度明显低于对照组。结论:长期运动训练可通过增加Ser1177-eNOS磷酸化水平上调红细胞eNOS-NO系统功能,提高红细胞变形性;并可提高其对急性大负荷运动的应激能力。
