| 摘 要： | 增强学生的体质健康是高校体育教育不可回避的目标和任务,如何将高校体育教育与学生的健康紧密结合,使高校的体育教学符合学生身心健康发展的需求。教师课堂的教与学生课堂的学以及他们的课外体育能有机的融为一体,促使我们必须寻求一个有效的载体来适应高校体育教学的需求。基于这种理念,结合现代的科学技术,本文初步设计了将学生入学时的健康指标作为学生健康的基点,将高校体育教育中与学生身心健康有关联的几个环节通过系统的构建,尽可能的将体现每个学生的健康数据进行整理和收集,成立一个档案,使之数字化、系统化、科学化,使教师与学生的互动成为一种教学的常态,达到增强学生体质健康的目的,使学生在高校学习期间茁壮成长。
