| 摘 要： | 利用文献资料法、逻辑分析法及比较法,对我国文化体制改革的历程进行分析,指出体育体制改革应借鉴文化体制改革的成功经验。认为:体育体制改革应当形成政府与社会互补型的体育管理体制;实行体育体制改革前期试点,总结经验,逐步推广;理顺体育事业与体育产业的关系;加大投入,构建公共体育服务体系;积极培育多元化体育市场体系;以体育法规制度建设为保障;改革国有资产管理体制,合理分配体育资源;以人为本,实现竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业均衡化发展。
