| 摘 要： | 为探讨我国高等体育院校师资管理模式,采用问卷调查了12所高等体育院校,并对专家进行访谈。结果表明,高等体育院校体育教师的职称结构职称比例比较合理,师生比在都低于教育部规定的标准;教师岗位聘任的形式主要有评聘合一、评聘分开、直接聘任制;大部分高等体育院校教师考核方式采用定性和定量结合;对教师考核的内容主要集中于教师的教学、科研、师德和学生对教师评价等四个方面;大部分高校体育高等院校设有师资队伍建设专项经费用于教师培训,只有少数体育院校开设开展教师职业规划。
