| 摘 要： | 通过现场考察、典型访谈、问卷调查等方法,对辽宁省群众体育的基本规律和发展模式进行了研究,旨在为辽宁省体育事业的可持续发展提供理论依据.研究过程遵循总结特色,探究规律,寻找问题,制定对策的思路.研究结果表明,辽宁省群众体育基本上实现了组织管理网络健全,场地设施服务到位,组织活动内容丰富,信息服务网络密集,法制建设不断加强,保障体系趋于完善;但仍存在资金投入不足、机构合并负面效应、城乡发展不平衡、社会体育服务滞后于需求等问题,应依此制定并完善发展对策.

| Abstract: | With the combination of fieldwork investigation,interview investigation and questionnaire investigation,this paper focuses on the basic rules and developing modes of Liaoning mass sports,aims to offer the theory reference for Liaoning sports sustainable development.The results showed that Liaoning mass sports have forming manage network,establishment service,organized activities,information service and legal system,however,the problems of capital shorten,organ-unite negative effects,city developing imbalance and social sports service lag need to be settled. |
