| 摘 要： | 通过比较法和实验观察法,对运动方式、运动负荷(包括椅子高度、运动时间、运动频率)、恢复时间等的比较研究,确定了评价幼儿运动心功能的运动模型.同时根据与运动时心脏功能有关的因素制定了评价心脏对运动的适应年能力的指标,即运动心功能指数.采用统一测试仪器对浙江省15862例幼儿运动心功能的测定分析,认为本实验方法在一定程度上可反映幼儿完成亚极量定量负荷运动时心脏的适应能力.

| Abstract: | Through the methods of comparison and experimental observation, after we studied the mode of exercise, exercise load (in cluding the height of chairs, time to do exercise and exercise frequency) and ti me for recovery, we established the exercise mode to evaluate the infants' exerc ise cardiac function. Meanwhile, based on some factors related to cardiac functi ons during exercise, we set the index to evaluate the adaptability of the heart to exercise, namely, the index of exercise cardiac function. By examining and an alyzing the exercise cardiac functions of 15862 infants in Zhejiang Province with the same testing machines, we found that the experiment could, to some degree, reflect the cardiac adaptable capacity after finishing the sub-maximum load exercise. |
