力竭运动对力量型和耐力型少年运动员血中内皮素和一氧化氮的影响

摘    要:为了探讨力竭运动对不同运动训练人血浆内皮素(endothelin ET)和血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide NO)代谢的影响,用Bruce跑台分别对少年对照组和2组(力量型和耐力型)少年运动员进行对比研究.结果耐力训练和力量训练均可略提高血浆ET和极显著提高血清NO的基础值,降低ET/NO值,而且与受试者的机能状况有关.这种改变对增加心肌收缩性,加强心肌泵功能,调节冠状血管张力,改善心肌供血有着重要意义;而力竭运动引起血浆ET极显著升高和血清NO极显著降低,导致ET/NO值极显著升高,这可能是引起运动时血压的升高的生理或病理机制之一.

Abstract:To study the effect of exhaustive exercise on the plasma level of endothelia (ET) and the serum content of nitric oxide (NO), the author makes the comparative analysis of strength training group, endurance training group and control group by treadmill. The results show that the exercise training can increase the basic ET and NO and reduce the basic ET/NO in the blood plasma. This kind of changes have the important meaning in enhancing the myocardial contractility, aggrandizing the function of myocardial pump, regulating the afferent tension of coronal blood vessel and improving the ability of myocardial in providing the blood, but the exhaustive exercise causes the excessive hoist of ET and the excessive fall of NO and in the blood plasma. This may be one of physiological or pathologic mechanisms for the hoist of blood pressure during the exercise.
