| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查和专家访谈法,对新疆竞技体育发展现状、项目设置、人力资源结构等进行调查与分析,找出影响新疆竞技体育可持续发展的因素,完善以学校为中心的三级训练平台,网络不断改进该系统发展条件、克服限制因素,寻求新疆竞技体育可持续发展道路,这对于提高竞技运动水平,实现新疆竞技体育的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
