| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等科学研究方法,以广西高校在职正副高职称群体为调查对象,以高校高职称群体的体育生活方式与身心健康及相关问题为研究对象,进行调查、分析、研究.探讨了高校高职称群体体育生活方式现状与身心健康的关系,为该群体形成健康、文明、科学的体育生活方式,提高生活质量和生命质量提供有益的参考.

| Abstract: | Taking the high professional title communities in universities in Guangxi as the investigation subjects,this article makes investigation,analysis and research on the sports life style and of high professional title communities in universities with many synthetic study methods,such as literature review,expert consultation,questionnaire and statistics.And it discusses the relationship between the sports life style of high title communities in universities and their physical and mental health,and then supplies beneficial advice on health development and scientific sports life style for the communities to improve their life quality. |
