| 摘 要： | 对中国花泳队近四年世界大赛集体项目自由自选编排的各项数据进行了观察、统计,并与世界前三名进行比较、研究、分析,旨在总结中国队的优势以利继续发挥所长,找出与世界强队之差距以便及时补短,为中国队夺取奥运奖牌提供参考资料,同时为我国花泳理论研究铺垫基础。结果表明,中国队在大部分花样技术方面已具备与世界前三名强队竞争的能力,尤其在花样动作组合串和冲起类动作方面具有更突出的技术优势。但中国队还需在下肢配合总体难度的编排上有所突破。加强推进移动技术和重视上肢配合技术是当前集体自选编排的发展趋势,中国队应注意与世界潮流接轨。中国队应加强配合类技术的运用。中国队需在保持每组动作强度优势的基础上增加花样动作组合次数,提高全套难度动作的密度。闭气组合时间须适应编排新趋势。中国队在整体编排中必须重视技术难度动作安排的合理性并体现整套难度动作的流畅性。

| Abstract: | This paper have observed the data,statistics the Chinese synchronized swimming team's collective project of the free-on-demand arrangement in the world series nearly four years,and compared with the world top three teams,aiming at summing up the advantages of the Chinese team to help itself,and identify the gap between the strong teams in the world in order to compensate in the short time for the Chinese team to win Olympic medals,and for China's synchronized swimming team basis of theoretical research to pave the way.The results show that: in the majority of the Chinese team in the technical aspects have been the top three teams in the world have the capacity to compete,especially in the combination of synchronized movements from the string class-action and have a more prominent technological superiority.However,the Chinese team with the overall needs a breakthrough in the lower extremities on the difficulty of arrangement.Strengthening of mobile technology and to promote the upper extremity with the current collective-on-demand technology is the development trend of arrangement.The Chinese team should pay attention to convergence with the world trend and be strengthened with the use of technology as well as maintaining the intensity of each action on the basis of advantages to increase the number of synchronized movements portfolio,raising difficult set of moves and the frequency of the top three to go beyond the average.Increase the density of full Maneuver.Obturator portfolio should adapt to time arranging new trend.The Chinese team must attach importance to the overall presentation of technical difficulty for the reasonableness of the action and the difficulty of the entire movement fluency. |
