| 摘 要： | 以2009年全国田径大奖赛(广东肇庆)男子铅球选手前8名中采用背向滑步技术的6名运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料、数理统计、影像分析等方法进行运动学研究。研究结果表明:我国运动员在滑步过程中重心最高速度和铅球最高速度的差值过大,影响过渡阶段和最佳推铅球姿势的形成。在过渡阶段,我国部分运动员左脚着地后左腿没有及时的推动右髋向投掷方向移动造成速度下降过多。在最后用力阶段,我国部分运动员下肢的转动幅度大于上肢,超越器械的效果不太理想。
