| 摘 要： | 主要运用问卷调查等方法,对新疆11所本科高校田径运动课余训练进行了调查,结果显示:新疆本科类院校普遍重视田径项目课余训练,田径场地器材已经有了较大的改善,但经费来源单一,不能很好的满足训练的需求.教练员学历层次、职称结构较高,但少数民族教练高职称明显低于汉族教练.任训教师自身运动经历较低,接受培训的机会有限,部分教练员体育科研能力有待于进一步提高.参训学生学习和训练矛盾较为突出,运动水平不高,学生来源主要是以中学为主,各高校生源不平衡.并提出相应对策,旨在为提高新疆本科类院校田径训练水平健康发展提供参考依据.

| Abstract: | With the method of questionnaire,extracurricular training of track and field sports in 11 colleges and universities of Xinjiang is researched.The results indicate that extracurricular athletic training is given priority in undergraduate colleges of Xinjiang.Sports fields and equipments have been improved a lot,but they can't meet the needs of training because of the single source of funding.The teachers' academic levels and titles are much higher among coaches, but the number of minority coaches with high titles is less than that of coaches of Han nationality.The training teachers have less sports experiences and limited training opportunities and part of coaches' ability of academic research needs to be improved.The conflicts between training students' academic study and training are sharp.They are mainly from high schools.In the end,measures have been proposed to provide references for the development of track and field training in undergraduate colleges of Xinjiang. |
