| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和逻辑分析等方法,对我国综合性大学体育人才培养现状进行了研究。结果表明,综合性大学体育人才培养发展势头良好,培养目标定位具有时代性和前瞻性,课程设置向综合化发展。存在的问题是,综合性大学体育人才培养比重低,专业设置单一;课程体系建设有待进一步革新;科研水平亟需提高;培养体制僵化。认为综合性大学培养体育人才应立足社会需要、结合地方特色;充分发挥优势,加强与体育交叉的新学科的建设;做好与其它专业院系的联合培养工作;国家和地方教育主管部门应在政策和经济上给予引导和支持。
