| 摘 要： | 根据21世纪高等院校体育教师队伍面临的机遇与挑战,体育教师新的健康理念已经是提高学生的健康意识和健康水平的重要前提,提高体育教师的自身的素质教育水平是推动大学生健康和体质的保证.构建普通高校体育特色课程,才能够建立起以学生为本、以体育自身功能为重点的大学体育课程和健身体系.提高高校体育教师队伍的质量,调动体育教师的积极性和创造性,深化机制改革是关键.

| Abstract: | According to opportunities and challenges that PE teachers are facing with in the 21st century,the new health idea of PE teaches is seen as the precondition of to improve students' health consciousness and health level.Improving the competence-oriented education level of PE teaches is regarded as the guarantee of enhancing the health and physical fitness of college students.Establishing the particular PE curriculum of higher education is the foundation of constructing the student-centered PE curriculum with the focus of improving sport function and fitness system.Promoting the quality of teacher team and inspiring the enthusiasm and creativity of PE teachers can be seen as the key point for the further mechanism reform. |
