| 摘 要： | 摘要：2015年5月26—31，美国运动医学学会（ACSM）第62届年会暨第6届“运动是良医”（EIM）国际研讨会在美国加利福尼亚州圣地亚哥举行。本次大会的一大主题是将体力活动有益健康的科学证据转化为公共卫生实践。就青少年体质研究而言，目前公共卫生的重点已从单纯地推进全国性的体质测试转向体力活动促进为核心的生活方式干预。美国近年来在青少年体质测试向体力活动促进拓展进程中经历了体质测定系统由运动能力测试到健康相关体质测试的演变、体质评价思想由常模参照标准向健康体质标准的转变，以及体质测定系统向体力活动评估与促进综合教育干预系统演进的历程。在青少年体力活动促进实践中，制定了儿童青少年体力活动指南，并在健康促进生态学模型的基础上，提出青少年体力活动促进模型和多方参与的学校整体策略。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The 62nd ACSM Annual Meeting and the 6th World Congress on Exercise Is Medicine were hold in San Diego, California from May 26th to June 1st, 2015. One important theme is transition from science in physical activity and health promotion to public health practice. As for youth physical fitness, the highlight of public health is transition from youth physical fitness assessment to youth physical activity promotion and lifestyle intervention. American youth physical fitness research and practice experienced an evolution from motor ability assessment to health-related physical fitness assessment, physical fitness assessment transformed from norm-referenced standards to health-referenced standards, and physical fitness assessment system was transformed to comprehensive education and intervention system of physical activity assessment and promotion. Youth physical activity recommendation was included in American physical activity guideline. Youth physical activity promotion model and whole-school approach were proposed based on ecological model. |
