| 摘 要： | 我国运动竞赛制度安排是一种操作性很强的制度安排.它通过竞赛设置、竞赛约束、竞赛安排具体方法,来约束和激励运动技术的发展.通过减少运动技术发展过程中在比赛方面存在的种种不确定性,来保证我国运动员在世界重大比赛尤其是奥运会中取得优异的运动成绩.

| Abstract: | Chinese Institutional Arrangement of Event is easy to carry out.By the concrete ways of setting up,controlling,and arranging the events,the development of sports was controlled and encouraged.The probability of unsureness decreased in the process of the sports development.Thus,our elite players could have excellent achievement in international events. |
