| 摘 要： | 通过《群体环境问卷》对我国15支超级俱乐部队373名职业足球运动员的凝聚力水平进行了测量,并用等级相关分析、方差分析、多重比较和独立样本T检验对数据进行了统计学分析。结果表明:不同年龄、不同训练年限、不同位置、不同运动等级、不同参赛身份和参加不同级别比赛的职业足球运动员凝聚力水平呈现出不同的特征,为教练员有针对性的提高球队的凝聚力提供了理论依据和实践指导。
