全身振动刺激对肌肉力量和柔韧性的影响

摘    要:首次采用自制的振动台力量训练器,对10名体育系学生进行8周下肢抗负荷半蹲起全身振动刺激力量训练,膝关节角度控制在110~120°.振动刺激的频率为20~25 HZ,加速度为15~20 m/s2.采用对比实验证实,全身振动刺激能够有效的提高肌肉的最大力量和爆发力,亦可提高主动肌和对抗肌的柔韧性,保证肌肉力量与柔韧性的协调平衡发展,但对肌肉耐力的作用效果较差.

Abstract:students from the Department of Physical Education are selected to receive an 8-week and whole-body vibration stimulation on a self-made strength training instrument to increase the ability of their legs' anti-load. The angle of their knees remains 110-120 degrees and the range of the vibration frequency is 20-25HZ with the acceleration of 15-20m/s2. Through the comparative experiments, it turns out that the whole-body vibration stimulation can obviously improve the maximal strength of muscles and the plosive strength as well as flexibility to guarantee the coordinative development of muscular strength and flexibility. However, the effect on muscular stamina is not satisfactory.
