| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计分析法等研究方法,试图探寻一种在市场经济体制下适合我国国情的青少年游泳训练营,使之成为我国业余游泳训练的重要补充形式.以2008年奥运会为目标,在提高我国竞技游泳后备人才水平的同时,拓宽竞技游泳后备人才的培养渠道,提高竞技游泳后备人才的质量和数量,保持后备人才培养的连续性.

| Abstract: | With combination of documentary analysis, questionnaire investigations and data statistics, this paper intends to explore a certain teenager swimming camp system with Chinese characteristics in the context of the socialist market economy, which can be seen as the imperative complement of the amateur swimming training in China.For the target of the 2008 Olympic Games, the system of teenager swimming camp is supposed to improve the level of the swimming reserve forces, enlarge the training channel of the swimming reserve forces, increase the quality and quantity of the swimming reserve forces and maintain the continuity of the training of reserve forces. |
