| Abstract: | Literature material was consulted. Experts were visited and questionnaire investigation was made in the middle-level leading cadres in charge of teaching and the entire work from 24 PE colleges and departments in 15 provinces and cities of China. The training purpose, training standards and the reform of the course system in the undergraduate physical education specialty of the Chinese teachers colleges in the new period were discussed. |
