| 摘 要： | 运用体育社会方学法对新疆高校维族教师的体育活动情况进行调查研究.结果显示:新疆高校维族教师普遍身体健康状况良好,主要与生活环境和饮食习惯密切相关;对体育功能的认识较正确,但体育消费较低,每次参加体育活动的时间较短,体育人口偏低.影响维族教师体育活动的因素是:工作学习负担较重;对体育活动兴趣不大,健身知识薄弱以及季节气候、场馆器材、组织管理不能遂人意愿.

| Abstract: | This article studies the physical exercises taken up by uygur teachers in Xingjiang universities and colleges. The result shows that the general health condition of the Uygur teachers is good, which results from their living environment and diet; they have a correct attitude towards the function of sports, but their sport consumption is fairly low. They don't participate in sports for long; the number of sport population is small. The factors affecting their physical activities are as follows: a heavy load of work and study; little interest in sports; weak knowledge of fitness, seasons, equipment and gyms and management. |
