体院田径专修学生掷标枪爆发力训练手段的优化实验研究

摘    要:从爆发力的训练方面入手探索提高掷标枪教学效果的更佳途径.确定了训练掷标枪爆发力14项优选手段;确定了4项爆发力评价指标;建立了爆发力评价模型;建立了单项评价指标累进计分表;建立掷标枪爆发力素质综合评价标准、发展均衡度、素质与专项成绩适应度评价标准;建立爆发力素质结构模型;绘制了爆发力训练手段的优化图;对爆发力训练手段的优化的定义、优化的原则、原理、意义、优化的准备及优化过程进行了探讨.

Abstract:In the perspective of the training of the explosive strength,this study explored the best approach of improving the teaching effects of the javelin throw.The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 14 selected methods were proposed in order to train the explosive strength;four indicators were selected to evaluate the explosive strength;the mode of evaluating the explosive strength was set up;the evaluation score table of the specialized sport event was established;several evaluation standard of the explosive strength of the javelin throw was set up,such as the quality comprehensive evaluation,developing level and balance,and adaptability of specialized movement achievement;the structure mode of the quality of the explosive strength was built up;the optimized diagram of the training approaches of the explosive strength was proposed;the definition of explosive force training measure optimization and rule of optimization were also discussed and analyzed.
