摘    要:目的:探讨吸高氧对皮划艇运动员无氧运动能力和运动后恢复速度的影响。方法:18名国家皮艇男队员,先分别完成三次骑功率自行车无氧试验,30 min恢复期内分别在吸入高浓度氧(实验组,A组)与吸入正常浓度氧(对照组,C组)干预条件下保持静态休息。检测恢复期血乳酸浓度(Bla)、心率(HR)和血氧饱和度(SPO2)的恢复,30 min休息结束后再进行一次无氧试验,记录PP、MP和△P。结果:1)与C组比较,A组运动后第5 min、10 min的HR显着升高(P<0.05)且A组运动后各观测段的SPO2差异具有显着性(P<0.05);2)运动后恢复期,高氧变量与休息时间变量的主效应均具有非常显著的统计价值(高氧变量F=7.68,P=0.004);时间变量F=15.37,P=0.001)。且与C组比较,恢复期A组第5 min和第30 min的Bla以及Bla消除率都有显着性差异;3)组间比较PP、MP和△P均有显着性差异。结论:吸高氧能够明显促进运动后SPO2、Bla恢复,对恢复无氧能力有明显的作用。

Abstract:Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of high oxygen absorption capacity and the recovery speed of HR、SPO2、Bla after high anaerobic power exercise.Methods: National canoe team 18 Male athletes were assigned to this study,high intensity intermittent Wingate anaerobic power exercise was consisted of 30 minutes maximal effort cycling exercise repeated 3 times.After 30 minutes recovery,subjects performed the same exercise.During 30 minutes recovery,the subjects were randomly assigned to absorb high oxygen or absorb air by sitting on a chair.Results:1) compared with the control group,HR,in the first 5 minutes,10 minutes,there were significant differences(P<0.05),SPO2 was significant differences(P<0.05);2)there was significant difference of removal rate(Ex.0.44±0.17;Con.0.38±0.21) of blood lactate between two groups;3)there were significant differences in peak power,mean power,peak power decline between the two groups.Conclusion: high oxygen absorption after high intensity intermittent Wingate anaerobic power exercise can promote the recovery rate;and high oxygen absorption after high intensity intermittent Wingate anaerobic power exercise can promote the anaerobic working performance.
