摘    要:传统体育养生作为中国传统体育的精华,有着独特的内涵、表达形式、特点,它的"不伤不损、形神俱养、治未病"等精髓对发展体育健身发挥着重要的意义,如树立健康意识,提高文化素质,加强道德修养,弘扬民族精神,增添生活情趣,以及形成大众体育文化意识等方面,具有其它文化不可替代的独特效用。
