| 摘 要： | 排球运动员的肩关节是很容易损伤的,采用实验法,先对35名肩关节正常的高水平男子排球运动员进行专门力量训练后,然后采用Cybex-6000等速测力仪对其肩关节的内外旋力量进行了等动向心力量测试,获得一套相对较完整的肩关节的内外旋力量的数据,从而对肩关节的内外旋肌群的生物力学规律进行综合评价,为运动损伤的预防和康复提供生物力学依据,为排球运动技术的生物力学研究,肩关节的内外旋力量训练方法提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | Volleyball players' shoulders are easy to be injured.The research is conducted to 35 healthy Chinese excellent volleyball players to test their isokinetic concentric strength of shoulder internal and external turning.The research brings about a complete set of data of health excellent volleyball players' shoulder turnings muscles.The research is important for it will supply complete reference for future research,supply scientific reference for the biomechanics research of sport skills and training methods of shoulder internal and external strength. |
