| Abstract: | Based on the comparative analysis on the situation of women's and men's participation in the decision-making group of the Olympic movement in the quantitative level and in the extent of power,this study indicated that the status of women in the decision-making group of the Olympic movement and demonstrated the importance of women during the decision-making procedure of the Olympic movement. |
